That’s great news! Through our secure payment platform, you pay for the booking. Once it’s confirmed, your booking is complete. You will then receive all the booking details and the landlord’s contact information via email.

We do not offer viewings at this moment. The platform is built in such a way that we provide the tenant with all the photos and details needed to make a right choice.

Certainly! You can always cancel your booking, but please keep in mind that cancellation terms and fees depend on your specific booking. You may receive a full or partial refund based on the timing of your cancellation. Service fees are non-refundable.
